How do I sign up without Internet access?
| Simply call our customer support at your Local Signup Number. The average activation time is less than 15 minutes including setup. Make sure your computer is on and has a working dialup modem installed (phone jack on the back of your computer). |

How long does it take to get connected and start surfing the web?
| Right away!! You can sign up online and follow the setup instructions or call our office and sign up over the telephone. Average setup time is under 15 minutes. Online signup is instant, upon credit card approval. |

Can I cancel at any time?
| Of course! Simply provide verbal notice of 30 days to our call center staff and they will cancel your account or, we can suspend the account keeping it active without payments until you need it again. There are no refunds, disconnection fees, or cancellation charges. |

Is my information safe with EconomiCall.ca?
| Yes! We have a very strict privacy policy. We do not share any of your information with anyone,unless required to do so by law. Our customer database is not for sale. |

What payment methods do you accept and how often am I billed?
| You can pay monthly or yearly by credit card or PAP automatic bank withdrawl. If you choose PAP have a cheque with you and call us to confirm the numbers. |

What if I move?
| You can take your EconomiCall.ca service with you to any city we have service in. Just make sure you change the local access number if you are in different city, so you don't encounter long distance charges. |

Can I have more than one email with EconomiCall.ca?
| Yes, you can purchase additional emails on the user account if you require them. Contact EconomiCall.ca for more information. |
